They are a great company, very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and always deliver when they say they will which is usually next day. Fair prices and good quality materials. I highly recommend KBS. I usually deal with Hamish who is excellent and actually really helped me out this week by asking his driver when delivering my order to move some slabs onto a drive after a courier had left them on the pavement! Danny at KBS gave me excellant advice on products, did not try and take advantage of my limited knowledge on construction. Gave me a very competitive quote all topped of with a first class delivery service. The driver was first class his skills on the HI AB were advanced to say the least. What a first class team and first class service.
Great prices but also excellent customer service. Had a problem with my order and was sorted same day. Both delivery drivers were very good, diligent and helpful. Staff are responsive via phone or email. Can't fault it, will get more from them for sure.
