I used other saloons to colour my hair and I was always disappointed with the result because I have dark hair and it always ends up being too dark , almost black . Lana listened to my concerns and suggested a middle brown colour for my long hair and highlights of light brown. The result was incredible and I never ever been so happy ! The whole staff is friendly and attentious and Lana in particular is a very caring and talented hair stylist. I have already booked my next appointment and I won’t be going anywhere else as ONE is a true hidden gem on Trafalgar Road !
